目的探讨改良根治术后辅助治疗的乳腺癌患者分子分型与局部复发、远处转移及预后的关系及意义。方法回顾性分析西安交通大学医学院第一附属医院2002年3月至2012年3月108例改良根治术后辅助治疗的乳腺癌患者的临床资料。根据雌激素受体（ER）、孕激素受体（PR）和人表皮生长因子受体2（HER2）的表达情况将乳腺癌患者分为4种分子亚型，即Luminal A型、Luminal B型、HER2阳性型和三阴性型
目的:系统评价益气养阴通络法治疗特发性肺纤维化的疗效及安全性。方法:检索6个数据库,纳入随机对照试验进行质量评价,结局指标包括临床总有效率、中医证候总积分、动脉血氧分压、生活质量评分和不良反应发生率。采用RevMan5.4软件进行Meta分析。结果:纳入13篇符合要求的文献,共746例患者。与对照组相比,益气养阴通络法能提高临床总有效率(P<0.01)、降低中医证候总积分(P<0.01)、改善动脉血氧分压(P<0.01)、降低不良反应发生率(P<0.01)。结论 :益气养阴通络法治
