Before I begin my speech, I would like first of all to hear a story: In the 19th century, Spanish troops occupied the small island nation of Cuba and savagely enslaved the Cuban people. The war between Spain and Cuba has a direct impact on the United States, so the United States has to pay close attention to this war. In April 1898, as the situation deteriorated, the United States officially declared war on Spain. At that time, the United States realized that fighting with Cuba was the key to winning this war. Therefore, the U.S. President sent Lieutenant Rowen to send Cuban leader Garcia a letter of contact deciding the fate of the war. But the U.S. president did not tell him where Garcia was, because of that
