癫痫患儿发作间期脑血流速度的测定及分析

目的:探讨癫痫患儿脑循环动态的变化.方法:采用经颅超声波多普勒方法对46例癫痫患儿发作间期的大脑中动脉血流速度进行测定,并分析其与临床表现的关系.结果表明:症状性癫痫脑血流低下的比率较高,而特发性癫痫则未发现异常.脑血流低下者多伴有智能运动重复障碍、脑电背景波不对称及CT异常.结论:上述结果提示癫痫患儿发作间期脑血流的低下与脑的器质性损害有关.经颅超声波多普勒方法可以作为癫痫临床,分类及大脑功能状态评价的客观辅助检查手段.“,”objective: To study dynamic changes in cerebral circulation in epilepsy Methods: The blood flow velocity of the middle cerebral artery was measured in 46 patients with epilepsy at attack intervals by transcranial ultrasound Doppler's method, and the relation ship between the clinical presentation and the changes in above index was also discussed. Results:The results showed that the ratio of shower cerebral blood flow in patients with symptomatic epilepsy was much higher, but the patients of idiopthic epilepsy showed no abnormality The patients with shower cercbral blood flow have accompanied mostly by disturbance of intelligence and dyscinesia, unsymmetrical electroencephalogram background wave and abnormal CT changes. Conclusion: All above results suggest that the shower cerebral blood flow velocity in patients during the remittent phasc may be related to organic btain darnage. And the transcranial ultrasound Doppler's method may be used as accessory objective examination in the clinical classification and the cerebral function evaluation.
