腐蚀疲劳是工程结构常见失效形式之一,近年来科研工作者对腐蚀疲劳现象、腐蚀疲劳机理、影响因素以及腐蚀疲劳裂纹扩展速率模型都做了大量研究,但对于某些问题的认识还不是很清楚,对于已提出的寿命预测模型仍需完善。通过阐述腐蚀疲劳的各种机理,分析腐蚀疲劳的影响因素,探讨不同腐蚀疲劳寿命的预测模型,提出仍需解决的问题,并展望未来腐蚀疲劳的研究方向。 Corrosion fatigue is one of the common failure forms of engineering structures. In recent years, researchers have done a lot of research on the phenomena of corrosion fatigue, corrosion fatigue mechanism, influencing factors and corrosion fatigue crack growth rate, but the understanding of some problems is not very good Clearly, there is still room for improvement in the proposed life prediction model. By describing the various mechanisms of corrosion fatigue, the factors that affect the corrosion fatigue are analyzed, the prediction models of different fatigue life are discussed, the problems still to be solved are put forward, and the research direction of future corrosion fatigue is also forecasted.
