江西省卫生局于去年11月6～9日在南昌市主持召开了西豆根甲碱(槐果碱)治疗恶性葡萄胎鉴定会。西豆根甲碱系从豆科槐属植物苦豆子(Sophora alopecuroides L.)根茎中提出的一种生物碱,经鉴定证明为槐果碱(sophocarpine)。西豆根甲碱在体外对 EcA 癌细胞有直接杀伤作用,对小鼠移值瘤 U_(14)、S_(87)、S_(180)、Liol 的抑癌率为30～56%。对大鼠的 LD_(50)腹腔注射是120±3.7mg/kg,肌内注射130±5.3mg/kg,口服给药198±14mg/kg,皮下注射185±12mg/kg。狗亚急性毒性试验对骨髓无明显抑制作用,对肝、肾功能无影响。静脉给药最大耐受量30mg/kg。人的临床安全用量1.5～6mg/kg/天。对机体巨噬细胞功能无明显抑制作用。主要毒性反应表现在神经系统和心血管系统。
The Jiangxi Provincial Bureau of Health held a meeting on the treatment of malignant hydatidiform moles with sulfamethoxine (Soccusine) in Nanchang City from November 6th to November 9th. Nembutine is an alkaloid proposed from the roots of Sophora alopecuroides L., which was identified as sophocarpine. Nefomline has a direct killing effect on EcA cancer cells in vitro. The tumor suppressor rates of U_(14), S_(87), S_(180), and Liol in mouse transplanted tumors range from 30 to 56%. The intraperitoneal injection of LD_(50) to rats was 120±3.7 mg/kg, intramuscular injection of 130±5.3 mg/kg, oral administration of 198±14 mg/kg, and subcutaneous injection of 185±12 mg/kg. The sub-acute toxicity test of dogs had no obvious inhibitory effect on bone marrow and had no effect on liver and kidney function. The maximum tolerated dose is 30 mg/kg intravenously. Human clinical safety dose 1.5 ~ 6mg/kg/day. No significant inhibition of macrophage function in the body. The main toxicities are manifest in the nervous system and the cardiovascular system.
