人胎盘泌乳素(Human Placental Lactogen HpL),是由胎盘合体细胞滋养层产生后进入母体血循环中的多肽激素,分子量为22308,测定孕妇血清中HPL的浓度对胎盘功能及胎儿产前的监护具有临床意义。现将我院1990年8月~12月受检的204例孕妇的血清HPL浓度的变化结果报道如下:材料和方法1.病人的来源:本院产科门诊和病房的孕妇共204人,年龄23~34岁,月经周期28~35天,产前检查,其中正常134例,孕周数34~41周,过期妊娠37例,孕周数42周,先兆早产5例,孕周数31~34周,妊娠高血压综合征28例,孕周数为28~42周。2.测定方法:抽静脉血2毫升,将血清分离后置4℃冰箱保存,(4小时),测定方法按卫生部上海
Human Placental Lactogen HpL is a polypeptide hormone which is produced by the syncytiotrophoblast of the placenta and enters into the maternal circulation. The molecular weight is 22308. The concentration of HPL in serum of pregnant women has clinical significance in the monitoring of placental function and prenatal care significance.
