根据某规格汽车轮毂轴管零件的形状尺寸特点,分析了采用管坯模锻成形的可行性,对所制定的成形工步的聚料工步和终锻工步进行了模拟分析。结果表明,聚料工步设计正确;终锻成形的两种方案中顺序成形过程稳定,成形力有一定程度的降低,这将会改善模具的受力状况,提高模具的使用寿命。
According to the shape and size characteristics of automobile hub axle pipe parts of a certain specification, the feasibility of using tube blank forging forming is analyzed. The forming step and the final forging step of forming step are simulated. The results show that the design of the polymer material is correct. The two processes of final forging are stable in sequence and the forming force is reduced to a certain degree. This will improve the stress condition of the mold and increase the service life of the mold.
