空间KT型相贯节点是三角形钢管桁架结构体系中一种典型的节点形式。在考虑材料非线性和几何非线性的同时,采用ANSYS有限元程序对空间KT型圆钢管相贯节点进行了有限元分析。与平面节点相比,荷载效应对空间节点极限承载力的影响不可忽略。因此,有限元参数重点考察了各支管不同轴力比、主管轴向压应力等参数对节点极限承载力的影响,求得了KT型节点的极限承载力,得出了K支管与T支管在节点处的轴向承载力相关曲线。最终分析结果揭示了空间KT型节点的破坏类型,并得出了该类节点极限承载力随上述各个参数变化的规律。
Space KT-type nodes is a typical node form of triangular steel tube truss system. While taking into account the material nonlinearity and geometric nonlinearity, the finite element analysis of the cross-joints of the space KT-type tubular was carried out by using ANSYS finite element program. Compared with planar nodes, the effect of load on the ultimate bearing capacity of space nodes can not be neglected. Therefore, the influence of different axial ratio of each branch, axial compressive stress of the main pipe and other parameters on the ultimate bearing capacity of the joint is investigated emphatically in the finite element parameter. The ultimate bearing capacity of KT node is obtained, and the relationship between K branch and T branch in Axial bearing capacity at the node correlation curve. The results of the final analysis revealed the type of failure of KT nodes in space and obtained the law of the ultimate bearing capacity of such nodes changing with the above parameters.
