齐鲁氯碱厂新建聚氯乙烯装置在投入运行之初,采用了磁力耦合器和自耦变压器作为降压起动设备,但在运行期间多次出现故障,严重影响生产,经过考察论证陆续更换成开关变压器软起动装置作为降压起动设备,自投入运行以来,安全稳定,未出现影响生产事故。本文介绍了开关变压工作原理、组成和特点,阐述了开关变压器软起动装置在我厂应用的原因,着重讲了开关变压器软起动装置一拖二控制方式的具体接线,组成原件,例举了软起动装置在投入运行期间出现的故障及处理,阐明了软起动装置故障率低,且故障信息一目了然,使运行值班人员能快速准确的处理故障。
