随着我国市场经济的逐渐发展,事业单位中人力资源管理模式也经历了翻天覆地的变化,逐渐由事务性模式转变成为战略性模式。人力资源作为事业单位生存与发展的核心因素,所以,事业单位之间的竞争实际上就是人才之间的竞争。研究事业单位人力资源经的应用及其发展趋势具有非常重要的现实意义。本文笔者首先分析了人力资源经济在事业单位中的应用,在此基础上,展望了人力资源经济未来的发展趋势,希望能够为事业单位日后的发展提供一些值得借鉴的思路。
With the gradual development of the market economy in our country, the mode of human resource management in public institutions has undergone tremendous changes, and gradually transformed from a transactional mode to a strategic one. Human resources as the core factor for the survival and development of PSUs, therefore, the competition among PSUs is actually the competition among talents. It is very important and practical to study the application of human resources and its development trends in public institutions. The author first analyzes the application of human resource economy in public institutions, and on the basis of this, looks forward to the future development trend of human resource economy and hopes to provide some ideas worthy of reference for the future development of public institutions.
