每一位放射学技术家的责任是摄制高质量X线片。虽然有许多因素影响X线片质量,但在选择焦点尺寸时,千伏和毫安对它的影响几乎往往被忽视。选择适当的毫安和千伏就能保持放射线照片的高质量,减少病人对放射线的吸收剂量和延长机器的寿命。概论放射学技术家知道,采用高千伏、低毫安的技术,给予病人的放射吸收剂量能被减少。人们亦应觉察到用了这种技术,X线管的寿命能超过它通常的寿命,X线管热储存量将很少可能超过额定值。
The responsibility of every radiologist is to produce high-quality radiographs. Although there are many factors that affect the quality of the radiograph, the effects of kV and MA are nearly always neglected when choosing the focal spot size. Choosing the right milliamps and kilovolts will maintain the high quality of the radiographs, reduce the amount of radiation absorbed by the patient and prolong the life of the machine. Introduction Radiological technologists know that using high kV, low MA techniques, the amount of radiation absorbed to a patient can be reduced. It should also be noted that with this technique, the life of the X-ray tube can exceed its normal life expectancy and the thermal storage of the X-ray tube will rarely exceed the rated value.
