The Yong’an-Junping 220 kV transmission line project in our province has a total length of 94.6 kilometers and a total of 213 iron towers. Some of the cast-in-situ concrete foundations of the cast-in-place concrete base are unqualified or not tested, and thus require the actual measurement and evaluation of the actual strength of the foundation concrete structure. The use of non-destructive methods to test the strength of concrete structures is becoming more and more widely used. Some countries have already taken formal test methods and developed professional technical specifications. China started to research as early as the late 1950s.
