一、问题的提出我厂生产的83×8毫米OCrl8Ni10Ti钢管是某工程用管,过去采用由102×10毫米的管料在хпт-75轧机上一次轧成85×8毫米的管子,然后拔成83×8毫米的轧拔联合生产工艺。几年来,由于成品晶粒粗化,达不到标准要求(标φ140自动轧管机组φ17米环形加热炉应用小结准要求晶粒度≥5级),影响了用户的生产需要。为了找出晶粒粗化的原因,我们做了以下两个试验:
