The Mossbauer spectra were measured for the inner rust layer of the corrosion products of the two low alloy steel seawater at different temperatures below room temperature (until the liquid nitrogen temperature). According to the change of superparamagnetic behavior of monodomain particles with temperature, the particle size distribution of α-FeOOH, which is the main component of internal rust layer, was calculated and a possible explanation for the detail of superparamagnetism with temperature was proposed. Experiments show that low-alloy steel seawater corrosive corrosion of α-FeOOH is the main particle size of 100 orders of magnitude, the use of corrosion products super
