重庆市开县自2003年发现首例艾滋病病人以来,艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染者和病人报告数逐年增加,老年人群所占的比例增长较为迅速。为监测该人群HIV流行趋势,找出感染原因,于2015年在当地设立了60岁及以上乡镇老年男性哨点,运用统计学综合分析监测数据,以便于科学地掌握其流行态势,采取有针对性的重点防治工作。1对象与方法1.1对象老年人群相对较多的3个乡镇(街道)的60岁及以上老年男性。
