目的调查2016年贵州省安顺市家蝇对4种常用杀虫剂的抗药性,为当地家蝇的防控提供理论依据。方法采用WHO推荐的微量点滴法检测安顺市西秀区、开发区和平坝县家蝇对4种常用杀虫剂的抗药性,利用SPSS 17.0软件进行统计学分析并计算半数致死量(LD_(50))及其95%CI。结果安顺市家蝇对4种常用杀虫剂均产生了不同程度的抗药性,其中残杀威已基本失效,无法得出检测结果;对DDVP、高效氯氰菊酯和溴氰菊酯的LD_(50)分别为0.526~0.739、0.135~0.254和0.108~0.176μg/♀;抗性倍数分别为175.33~246.33、7.94~14.94和15.43~25.14倍,对DDVP的抗性最高,对高效氯氰菊酯的抗性最低。结论安顺市家蝇对4种常用杀虫剂均产生了抗药性,尤其是对残杀威和DDVP已达极高抗性水平;应加强安顺市病媒生物抗药性监测,科学合理地使用杀虫剂。
Objective To investigate the resistance of Musca domestica to four commonly used insecticides in Anshun City, Guizhou Province in 2016, and provide a theoretical basis for the prevention and control of Musca domestica. Methods The resistance to four commonly used insecticides in house flies in Xixiu district, TEDA and Pingba county of Anshun was detected by WHO microdial method. The SPSS 17.0 software was used for statistical analysis and the median lethal dose (LD 50 )) And its 95% CI. Results Musca domestica in Anshun had different levels of resistance to four commonly used insecticides. The propoxur was almost ineffective and the test results could not be obtained. The LD_ (50) of DDVP, beta-cypermethrin and deltamethrin Were 0.526 ~ 0.739,0.135 ~ 0.254 and 0.108 ~ 0.176μg / ♀, respectively. The resistance multiples were between 175.33 ~ 246.33, 7.94 ~ 14.94 and 15.43 ~ 25.14 times, respectively, which showed the highest resistance to DDVP and the lowest resistance to alpha-cypermethrin. Conclusion Musca domestica in Anshun has developed resistance to four commonly used insecticides, especially to Propoxur and DDVP. In addition, drug resistance monitoring should be strengthened in Anshun City, scientifically and rationally using insecticides Agent.
