本文对2例带状疱疹患者病损皮肤末梢神经组织进行了电镜观察,首次观察到VZV存在于皮肤末梢无髓神经的雪旺细胞和束膜的纤维细胞内,以及VZV在其核内复制和成熟并通过核膜进入细胞质的过程;在神经束间及浸润其内的淋巴细胞核内见有病毒颗粒。
In this paper, we observed the lesions of peripheral nerve tissue in 2 patients with zoster. The results showed that the VZV was found in the Schwann cells and myofibroblasts without the myelinated nerve, and the replication and maturation of VZV in the nucleus Through the nuclear membrane into the cytoplasm of the process; in the inter-nerve bundles and infiltrating lymphocytes inside the nuclei see the virus particles.
