采用顶空-气相色谱法测定包装材料中可能残留的有机溶剂(乙醇、丙酮、乙酸乙酯、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、乙二醇单丁醚等)。该方法采用色谱柱分离,FID检测,21种溶剂能够很好分离,线性较好,样品加标回收率苯系物在96.8%~103%范围内,其他溶剂在96.3%~101%范围内,相对标准偏差在1.00%~5.53%之间,相关系数均在0.99以上,最低检出限为0.003 mg/m2。对色谱柱、加热温度和平衡时间进行了优化,方法简便、快速、重现性好、灵敏度和准确度高,完全能满足食品包装材料中溶剂残留量的分析。
Potential residual organic solvents (ethanol, acetone, ethyl acetate, benzene, toluene, xylene, ethylene glycol monobutyl ether, etc.) in packaging materials were determined by headspace-gas chromatography. The method was separated by column and detected by FID. The 21 solvents were well separated and the linearity was good. The recoveries of spiked samples ranged from 96.8% to 103% and the other solvents ranged from 96.3% to 101% The relative standard deviations ranged from 1.00% to 5.53% with the correlation coefficients above 0.99 and the lowest detection limit of 0.003 mg / m2. The column, the heating temperature and the equilibration time were optimized. The method is simple, rapid, reproducible, sensitive and accurate. It can fully meet the requirements of the analysis of the solvent residues in food packaging materials.
