针对金川矿山采用棒磨砂充填法采矿存在充填骨料成本高且供应不足等问题,提出在棒磨砂中掺入破碎废石的充填采矿方案。通过混合骨料的胶结充填体强度试验,研究废石掺量、胶砂比及料浆浓度对充填体强度的影响规律。试验结果表明:胶砂比和料浆质量浓度是影响胶结充填体强度的主要因素;废石掺量对胶结充填体强度也产生影响,随着废石掺量的增加,充填体强度呈下降趋势。在金川矿山充填采矿技术条件下,当料浆质量浓度为82%,胶砂比为1∶4时,30%的废石掺量胶结充填体3d和7d强度分别达到3.6MPa和6.81 MPa,满足金川矿山安全采矿要求。
Aiming at the problems of high cost and insufficient supply of filling aggregates in the mining of Jinchuan mines using rod-frosted filling method, a scheme of filling and mining with crushed waste rock in the rod frosting is proposed. The strength of cemented filling body of mixed aggregate was tested to study the effect of dosage of waste stone, mortar ratio and slurry concentration on the strength of cemented filling body. The results show that the ratio of mortar and slurry is the main factor affecting the strength of cemented filling body. The content of waste rock also affects the strength of cemented filling body. With the increase of waste content, the strength of filling body decreases . Under the conditions of Jinchuan mine filling technology, when the mass concentration of slurry is 82% and the ratio of mortar to sand is 1: 4, the strength of 3% and 7d of 30% waste rock content cemented filling body reaches 3.6MPa and 6.81MPa respectively, Jinchuan mine safety mining requirements.
