鉴于机组支撑结构在水电机组稳定运行中起关键性作用,以国外某抽水蓄能电站为例,采用有限元软件ABAQUS的线性静力分析及完全动力分析等对原型和改型后两种不同形式的机组支撑结构的静力刚度进行了校核,并采用动力法进行谐响应分析得到不同工况下支撑结构的位移幅值。结果表明,两种支撑结构的静力刚度均满足设计要求,但在最恶劣工况时,改型后的支撑结构与原型支撑结构相比,在最危险截面处的水平位移幅值减小约18%,说明机组支撑结构的水平抗剪能力在机组安全运行中起决定性作用。
In view of the unit support structure plays a key role in the stable operation of hydropower units, taking a foreign pumped storage power plant as an example, the linear static analysis and full dynamic analysis of finite element software ABAQUS are used to analyze the prototype and modified two different forms The static stiffness of the supporting structure of the unit is checked, and the dynamic response of the supporting structure is calculated by the dynamic method to obtain the displacement amplitude of the supporting structure under different conditions. The results show that the static stiffness of the two kinds of support structures meet the design requirements. However, in the worst case, the horizontal displacement of the modified support structure at the most dangerous section is reduced by about 18%, indicating that the horizontal shear strength of the unit supporting structure plays a decisive role in the safe operation of the unit.
