长期以来,说到对学生的评价,常常想到的评价主体是老师,评价的形式也局限于成绩单、考试分数、评语。长此以往,出现了卷面上的高分,实践中的低能。这种评价主体的单一、评价形式的错误,使学生的自尊心和自信心受挫,主观能动性得不到很好的发挥。通过认真学习课改的理念,仔细体会课改的精神、平时教学过程中的摸索与总结,我总结了一些简单、实际的评价方法,用来调动学生的兴趣,提高学生的积极性,并取得了良好的效果。
For a long time, speaking of the evaluation of students, the subject of evaluation is often thought of as a teacher. The evaluation form is also limited to transcripts, test scores, comments. Over time, there has been a high score on the roll, in practice, low energy. The single evaluation subject, the mistakes in the evaluation form, frustrated the students’ self-esteem and self-confidence, and their subjective initiative can not be well played. Through careful study of the concept of curriculum reform, carefully understand the spirit of curriculum reform, teaching and learning during the usual exploration and summary, I summed up some simple and practical evaluation methods used to mobilize students’ interest, improve student motivation, and achieved good effect.
