最近,北京市政府出台《关于中关村科技园区高新技术企业注册登记改制改组工作的试点意见》(下简称《意见》),针对中关村科技园区高新技术企业在企业登记注册、改制、改组过程中存在的问题,制定了一系列办法,鼓励外商进人中关村科技园区,简化出国留学人员来京兴办高新科技企业程序。相关办法主要有以下几个方面:
