本文叙述了GCrSiWV钢的性能和强化机理。GCrSiWV钢是在GCr15钢基础上添加Si、W、V等合金元素,改善了碳化物类型,加强了固溶强化尤其是沉淀硬化的效果,使淬火温度提高和回火过程推迟,因而GCrSiWV钢的耐磨性、高温硬度、抗回火稳定性、尺寸稳定性和高温接触疲劳寿命大大优于GCr15钢。其使用温度可比GCr15提高100℃。采用880±10℃淬火,300℃回火后,可用作250℃条件下长时间工作的航空发动机主轴轴承。
This paper describes the performance and strengthening mechanism of GCrSiWV steel. GCrSiWV steel is based on GCr15 steel added Si, W, V and other alloying elements to improve the type of carbide, strengthening the solid solution strengthening, especially the effect of precipitation hardening, the quenching temperature and tempering delay, and thus GCrSiWV steel Wear resistance, high temperature hardness, anti-tempering stability, dimensional stability and high temperature contact fatigue life is much better than GCr15 steel. Its use temperature can be increased by 100 ℃ than GCr15. After quenching with 880 ± 10 ℃ and tempering at 300 ℃, it can be used as the main shaft bearing of aeroengine for long time working at 250 ℃.
