我厂锻工车间经常生产一些头部粗、杆部细的零件,例如螺钉、螺栓和小活门等。这些零件不适宜在模锻锤和卧式锻造机上锻造。我们将图1所示零件设计成在300t摩擦压力机上(100~160t也可以)分两个工步、两次进行模锻。由于摩擦压力机只适合单槽模锻,需要两个工步锻造的零件,要用两套模具、两火加热才能完成。不但装卸模具时间长、火耗多,而且生产效率低,零件质量差。
Our factory forging workshop often produce some rough head, thin rod parts, such as screws, bolts and small valves. These parts are not suitable forging in forging hammers and horizontal forging machines. We will design the parts shown in Figure 1 300t friction press (100 ~ 160t can be) in two steps, two forging. As the friction press is only suitable for single-slot die forging, requiring two step forging parts, to use two sets of molds, two fire heating can be completed. Not only loading and unloading mold a long time, fire consumption, and low production efficiency, poor quality parts.
