Arbitration Law is an elective course at the undergraduate level of law major. Its purpose is to cultivate and test students’ theoretical knowledge of Arbitration Law and the application ability of arbitration law in arbitration. In practice, because the course is an elective course in undergraduate teaching programs, teachers and students generally do not pay enough attention. In addition, teachers and students do not interact enough and classroom atmosphere is poor. Their effectiveness often fails to reach the teaching goal. Therefore, the author intends to combine his own teaching practice, to analyze the characteristics of the undergraduate arbitration course and the existing problems, and put forward suggestions for reform.
