胡锦涛总书记在党的十六届三中全会上提出:“要教育干部树立正确的政绩观”。政绩是领导干部行使人民赋予的权力,在任期内履行岗位职责所取得的成绩,是领导干部从政的重要目标,是群众评价干部的重要标准之一,也是一个干部知识水平、工作态度、敬业精神、业务能力和领导水平等素质的综合反映。领导干部想树政绩,是值得肯定的。但是,我们的一些领导干部在为谁创造政绩,怎样创造政绩,创造什么样的政绩等方面,存在着种种误区和偏差,缺乏正确的政绩观。政绩观直接反映领导干部从政的价值取向,是领导干部创造政绩的思想基础。有什么样的政绩观,就有什么样的工作追求和施政行为,就有什么样的政绩和多大的政绩。它直接影响到科学发展观的落实,影响到一个地方社会经济的发展。 At the Third Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee, General Secretary Hu Jintao put forward: “We must educate cadres to establish a correct view of achievements.” Achievement is a leading cadre exercising the power entrusted by the people. They lack the correct view of political achievements. The view of performance directly reflects the value orientation of leading cadres in politics. It is the ideological foundation for leading cadres to create political achievements. What kind of performance concept, what kind of job pursuit and governance behavior, what kind of performance and how much political achievement.
