1998年12月22日,中央纪委、中央文献研究室等有关部门在京召开纪念党的十一届三中全会暨学习《邓小平论党风廉政建设和反腐败》座谈会,就如何加强对邓小平同志新时期党风廉政建设理论的研究,推动全党深入学习邓小平党风廉政建设理论进行了座谈.中央纪委常委傅杰在座谈会上指出,邓小平党风廉政建设和反腐败理论,是在实践中形成并为实践所证明的科学理论,是新时期开展党性党风党纪教育的基本内容,是各级党政领导干部的必修课,务必把这一学习扎扎实实地抓下去.
