The first quarter GDP was 14.0667 trillion yuan, up 7.0% on a comparable basis. The growth rate is the lowest for the same quarter in six years. Among them, the first quarter of the national total electricity consumption increased by only 0.8%, creating the lowest since the second quarter of 2009.
