目的了解启东市淡色库蚊对常用杀虫剂的抗药性状况,为制定科学、合理、有效的防治措施提供依据。方法采用幼虫浸渍法测定淡色库蚊幼虫对溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、氯菊酯、双硫磷和仲丁威的抗药性。结果启东市淡色库蚊对溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、氯菊酯、双硫磷和仲丁威5种杀虫剂的抗性系数分别为1.07、0.56、7.36、6.85和1.20倍。结论启东市淡色库蚊对溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯和仲丁威处于敏感水平;对氯菊酯和双硫磷均产生抗药性,但抗药性程度不高。
Objective To understand the resistance of Culex pipiens pallens to common insecticides in Qidong and provide the basis for establishing scientific, rational and effective prevention and control measures. Methods The larvae were used to determine the resistance of Culex pipiens pallens to deltamethrin, beta-cypermethrin, permethrin, diphtheria and sec-butyl. Results The resistance coefficients of Culex pipiens pallens to 5 insecticides of deltamethrin, beta-cypermethrin, permethrin, parathion and s-butyl were 1.07, 0.56, 7.36, 6.85 and 1.20 times respectively. Conclusion Culex pipiens pallens were sensitive to deltamethrin, alpha-cypermethrin and sec-butyl-D, and both were resistant to both permethrin and diphtheria, but their resistance was not high.
