为观察脑脊液细胞(CSFC)各个断面和侧面的形态及DNA、RNA两者的含量和分布,应用细胞CT技术,对CSFC成分进行连续光切片、吖啶橙染色,在激光扫描共焦显微镜下断层扫描,三维重组后显示淋巴细胞、中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞性白血病细胞、单核细胞白血病细胞及淋巴瘤细胞各个断面和侧面的形态特征,使对细胞的平面了解上升至立体水平。结果显示:白血病细胞和淋巴瘤细胞均显示较强的荧光反应,对鉴别CSF各种细胞成分及良性和恶性程度具有一定实用价值。这在普通显微镜下是见不到的。因此,应用这种新技术会促进CSF细胞学研究的发展
In order to observe the morphology and the content and distribution of DNA and RNA in various sections and sides of cerebrospinal fluid (CSFC) cells, CSFC was stained by acridine orange and stained with acridine orange under the laser scanning confocal microscope After scanning and three-dimensional reorganization, the morphological features of each section and side of lymphocytes, neutrophils, lymphocytic leukemia cells, monocytic leukemia cells and lymphoma cells were observed, and the planar understanding of the cells was increased to three-dimensional level.
