本文主要研究采用普通的20Cr 钢添加微量 Al 细化晶粒,生产出符合锯条行业要求的手工钢锯条用钢带。采用丙烷(C_3H_(?))、氨(NH_3)、空气混和气体共渗,然后淬火回火的工艺取代传统的用氰化钾融盐淬火后回火的方法,生产低合金手工用钢锯条.
This paper studies the use of ordinary 20Cr steel to add a trace amount of Al grain refinement to produce saw blades in line with the requirements of hand-sawing steel strip. A low-alloy hand-sawing saw blade was produced by propane (C_3H_ (?)), Ammonia (NH_3) and air-mixed gas permeation followed by quenching and tempering instead of the conventional method of tempering with salt of molten salt of potassium cyanide.
