本文总结了中石化四公司承担的渤海理北油田的五座平台钢桩的焊接经验。平台钢桩的焊缝全部采用手工电弧焊封底,埋弧自动焊多层多道焊接法焊接。其质量标准均达到埕北油田开发株式会社的技术要求。为我国海上石油钻井平台钢桩的建造摸索出一整套制造经验。
This paper summarizes the welding experience of the five platform steel piles borne by SINOPEC IV Company in Bohai Ribei Oilfield. The weld of the platform steel piles are all made by hand arc welding, the submerged arc welding is multi-layer welding. Its quality standards have reached the technical requirements of Taobei Oilfield Development Co., Ltd. For China’s offshore oil rig steel pile found a set of manufacturing experience.
