为摸清驻地部队HBV的携带状况及其易感人群的构成比 ,采用ELISA法对驻地 12 76名现役军官进行了HBsAg -HBs的检测。结果表明 ,HBsAg阳性率3.92 % ,抗 -HBs阳性率 43 .96 % ,两项均阴性者占 5 2 .12 % ;此外 ,不同部别的军官HBsAg及抗 -HBs的阳性率不同 ,HBsAg阳性率以武装部军官最高 (12 .5 0 % ) ,其次为医院军官 (6 .0 2 % ) ,正规部队最低 (2 .2 9% ) ,差异均有显著性 (P <0 .0 1) ;而抗 -HBs阳性率则以医院军官最高。提示 :与社会密切接触的单位及个人存在较严重的乙肝病毒水平感染 ,应高度重视 ,做好防治工作。
In order to find out the carrying status of HBV in resident units and the constituent ratio of HBV in susceptible population, 1276 active duty officers at the station were tested for HBsAg-HBs by ELISA. The results showed that the positive rate of HBsAg was 3.92%, the positive rate of anti-HBs was 43.96%, and both were negative, accounting for 52.2%. In addition, the positive rates of HBsAg and anti-HBs in different ministries were different, The highest rate of military officers in the armed forces was 12.5%, followed by that of hospital officers (6.22%) and the lowest of regular troops (2.29%) (all P <0.01) While the positive rate of anti-HBs was the highest among hospital officers. TIP: Units and individuals in close contact with the society have more serious hepatitis B virus infection and should attach great importance to prevention and control work.
