目的了解德阳市老年居民社区卫生服务机构的利用率和满意度情况。方法 2011年6月—2012年6月采用单纯随机抽样法对德阳市374名老年居民进行问卷调查。结果老年居民自感病情较轻时首选社区卫生服务机构的占40.9%;自感病情较重时选择市级医院的占56.7%,选择去社区卫生服务机构的仅占13.1%,其他占30.2%。老年居民对社区卫生服务机构的总体满意度为47.9%。结论社区卫生服务满意度还有很大的改进空间,采取适当措施可有效提高老年居民对社区卫生服务机构的利用率和满意度。
Objective To understand the utilization and satisfaction of community health service institutions for the elderly in Deyang City. Methods From June 2011 to June 2012, 374 elderly residents in Deyang City were surveyed by simple random sampling method. Results 40.9% of community-based health service agencies were the first choice of elderly residents when they were mildly ill, 56.7% of them chose city-level hospitals when they felt sick, only 13.1% chose community health service agencies, others accounted for 30.2% . The overall satisfaction of elderly residents with community health service agencies was 47.9%. Conclusion There is still much room for improvement of community health service satisfaction. Appropriate measures can be taken to improve the utilization rate and satisfaction of community health service agencies.
