目的:了解杭州地区食品用塑料包装的质量现状,为今后卫生监督执法和评价提供科学依据。方法:对杭州市食品用塑料包装企业进行随机抽样送检,采用相关强制性国家标准进行判定。结果:本次食品用塑料包装产品卫生质量调查共抽检了60家企业的60批次产品,其中非复合膜25批次,批次合格率为100%;复合膜35批次,批次合格率为80.0%,主要质量问题为溶剂残留总量项目和苯类溶剂残留量项目不合格。结论:今后应进一步加强食品用塑料包装的监测力度,确保塑料食品包装材料的安全性。
Objective: To understand the quality status of plastic food packaging in Hangzhou area and to provide a scientific basis for health supervision and evaluation in the future. Methods: Hangzhou food plastic packaging enterprises random sampling, using the relevant mandatory national standards to determine. Results: The hygiene quality survey of plastic packaging products for foodstuffs included 60 batches of products from 60 enterprises, including 25 batches of non-composite membranes with a pass rate of 100%; 35 batches of composite membranes and batch pass rate Is 80.0%. The main quality problems are unqualified items of total solvent residue and benzene residue. Conclusion: In the future, we should further strengthen the monitoring of food plastic packaging to ensure the safety of plastic food packaging materials.
