1.本实验采用48只普通成年小白鼠,雌雄各半,分为6组(每组8只),其中1组作对照,另5组于37—40℃温室内,经2、4、8、12、24小时后杀死,取肾上腺用Gomori氏钙鈷法及硫化铅法显示碱性和酸性磷酸酶。 2.在高温2、4小时AKP及ACP活动均较正常为弱,8小时后活动增强超过对照粗。ACP活动的增强一直持续到24小时。AKP则在12小时活动又减低,24小时再度增强超过对照粗。这种肾上腺磷酸酶活动性的变化可能与应激反应有关。 3.小白鼠肾上腺的AKP主要分布在束状带,ACP分布于皮质各带及髓质。高温对肾上腺磷酸酶的分布部位无影响。 4.正常成年小白鼠肾上腺磷酸酶的分布以雄性为多,雌性较少,在高温实验下亦以雄性小白鼠肾上腺磷酸酶的分布较多。
