目的：观察抑抗灵片治疗免疫性不育的疗效。方法：应用复方中药抑抗灵治疗抗精子抗体（AsAb）、抗子宫内膜抗体（EMAb）阳性所致免疫性不育（孕）症，服用1～3个疗程。结果：男性血清、精浆AsAb阳性者治疗1个疗程（1．5个月）转阴率分别为56．5％和36．8％；治疗2个疗程后分别为88．7％和76．3％；治疗3个疗程转阴率分别可达92％和89．3％；女性血清、宫颈粘液AsAb阳性者治疗1个疗程转阴率分别可达92．2％和90．4％，治疗2个疗程后分别为98％、96．8％；血清、宫颈粘液EMAb阳性者治疗转阴率．1个疗程分别为94．7％和85．7％，2个疗程后分别为99％和95．2％；治疗3个疗程后转阴率可达99．0％和97．6％。经不完全反馈．AsAb、EMAb阳性不育（孕）夫妇经抑抗灵片治疗后．妊娠率达52％～65％结论：抑抗灵对AsAb、EMAb所致兔疫性不育（孕）有显著疗效。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of Yulingling tablet on immune infertility. Methods: The anti-sperm antibody (AsAb) and anti-endometrial antibody (EMAb) were used in the treatment of immune infertility (pregnancy) induced by compound Chinese medicine YKL. Results: The masculine serum and seminal plasma AsAb positive rate was 56.5% and 36.8% respectively after one course of treatment (1.5 months). After 2 courses of treatment, the negative rates were 88.7% and 76. 3%. The negative conversion rates of three courses of treatment were 92% and 89.3% respectively. The negative rates of female serum and cervical mucinous AsAb-positive patients after one course of treatment were 92.2% and 90.4% After two courses of treatment were 98%, 96.8%; serum, cervical mucus EMAb positive rate of negative conversion. One course of treatment was 94.7% and 85.7%, respectively, 99% and 95.2% after two courses of treatment; after three courses of treatment, the negative rate of up to 99.0% and 97.6%. After incomplete feedback. AsAb, EMAb positive infertility (pregnant) couple after treatment of anti-Ling tablets. The pregnancy rate was 52% ~ 65%. Conclusion: YGT has a significant effect on the infertility (pregnancy) caused by AsAb and EMAb.
