随着社会经济的发展和科学技术的进步,工程建设项目更加多元化,建设工程项目管理水平也日益提高。目前,国内外的建设工程管理模式有多种类型,如何选择正确合理的模式来提升管理水平,是建筑工程项目管理机构所要重视的问题。本文以工程项目管理概念为出发点,探讨对比常见的几种建设工程项目管理模式,以期为建筑企业提供一定的参考。
With the development of society and economy and the progress of science and technology, the construction projects are more diversified and the management level of construction projects is also increasing day by day. At present, there are many types of construction project management modes at home and abroad. How to choose the correct and reasonable mode to improve the management level is a problem which the construction project management agency should pay attention to. In this paper, the concept of project management as a starting point to explore the comparison of several common construction project management model, with a view to providing some reference for the construction enterprises.
