目的了解南京市中小学生网络使用和网络成瘾情况,以及与网络成瘾有关的影响因素,为采取相应干预措施提供依据。方法采取整群抽样方法,使用自行设计的“网络使用情况调查表”以及症状自评量表(SCL-90),对南京市1 466名中小学生进行调查。结果 74%的学生有自己的电脑;70%的学生在小学中年级以后开始上网;84%的学生在自己家中上网;2/3的学生每周上网<2次,93%的学生每次上网时间<4 h;约15%的学生见过网友;3%的学生浏览过黄色网页。学生上网的主要目的依次为:听歌、看电影、学习、玩游戏、收集信息、聊天交友等。学生网络成瘾率为2.66%,男生(3.76%)高于女生(1.44%)。网络成瘾的学生SCL-90量表的10个因子症状分数有9个因子高于正常学生。结论学生网络使用普遍;网络成瘾影响学生的心理健康。
Objective To understand the internet use and internet addiction in primary and secondary school students in Nanjing and the related factors of internet addiction, so as to provide the basis for the corresponding interventions. Methods A cluster sampling method was used to investigate 1 466 primary and secondary school students in Nanjing using self-designed “Network Usage Questionnaire” and the Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90). Results Seventy-four percent of students had their own computer; 70 percent of students started surfing the Internet after middle school; 84 percent of students were online in their own homes; two-thirds went online <2 times per week and 93 percent of students went online Time <4 h; About 15% of students met friends; 3% of students viewed yellow pages. The main purpose of students online are: listening to songs, watching movies, learning, playing games, collecting information, chatting and friends. Students’ internet addiction rate was 2.66%, boys (3.76%) were higher than girls (1.44%). Internet addiction of students SCL-90 scale 10 factor symptom scores of 9 factors higher than normal students. Conclusions Students ’use of the Internet is widespread. Internet addiction affects students’ mental health.
