全国灌溉试验工作会议于2003年4月8～10日在河南省新乡市召开,会议由水利部农村水利司主持,参会人员包括全国各省水利厅分管灌溉试验的处长、灌溉试验中心站站长,以及有关科研院校专家、教授等,共130多人。会议内容主要围绕如何“贯彻落实2003年全国水利厅(局)长会议精神,实施农业灌溉用水‘总量控制、定额管理’,推动灌溉试验和灌溉用水定额研究工作”这一主题。水利部翟浩辉副部长出席会议并就加强灌溉试验工作问题在会上作了重要讲话。
The National Irrigation Experiment Conference was held in Xinxiang City, Henan Province on April 8-10, 2003. The meeting was hosted by the Rural Water Conservancy Department of the Ministry of Water Resources. The participants included the Director of Irrigation Tests of the Irrigation and Drainage Administration of all provinces, the Irrigation Test Center Station Long, and the relevant research institutes experts, professors, a total of more than 130 people.
