古歙程正通先生,清代咸、同年間人,学验俱富,声誉卓著;徽歙地区在明、清两代,名医輩出,蔚为“新安学派”,先生亦其一也。惟生前就医之人满座,治病无暇,未克著书传世。迨后(1883年),由其族人程曦整理所遺医案,輯成二卷。載案凡五十七章,业經程曦氏詳为注释,其理益彰。但本书未曾付梓,因此流传不广。笔者幸获抄本,值此发掘和继承先 Mr. Gu Zhengcheng, who was in the Qing Dynasty and was in the same year, was a distinguished student.
