2007年8月,在上海市中小学课程与教学工作会议上,市教委明确提出了“提高课程领导力”的要求,把学校课程领导力建设作为课程改革长期坚持和重点落实的工作之一。经过八年的努力探索与实践,一大批校长带领全校教师创造性地实施新课程,以课程领导力的提升.推动了教学团队专业能力的发展;以课程质量的全面提高,实现了教育质量的稳步推进。八年后的今天,尽管社会发展与教育改革的背景都发生了一些新的变化,课程领导力却始终是深化课程改革
