伤寒在法国仍然常有发生。作者研究了自1978年1月～1983年1月收治的71例伤寒患者(男40例、女31例),年龄最小为13岁,最大为76岁,均由细菌学或血清学确诊。71例伤寒患者中13例伴有并发症。发病率最高的是消化道并发症(其中肠出血5例、腹膜炎1例、假性穿孔综合征1例、胆囊炎1例)和心脏病并发症(伤寒虚脱1例、心电图异常4例)。此外,还观察到留有后遗症的小脑炎1例、脊椎炎1例、肛周
Typhoid fever is still common in France. The authors studied 71 typhoid fever patients (40 males and 31 females) who were admitted to our hospital from January 1978 to January 1983, the youngest being 13 years old and the oldest being 76 years old, all of whom were bacteriologically or serologically confirmed. Thirteen of the 71 typhoid patients had complications. The highest incidence of gastrointestinal complications (including intestinal bleeding in 5 cases, 1 case of peritonitis, pseudo perforated syndrome in 1 case, cholecystitis in 1 case) and heart complications (typhoid collapse in 1 case, 4 cases of abnormal ECG). In addition, 1 case of cerebellar disease with sequelae, 1 case of spondylitis and perianal were also observed
