本文利用电子自旋共振技术比较测定了青、中、老年雌雄大鼠肝和性腺自由基浓度,结果表明:老年大鼠的睾丸与卵巢自由基浓度明显低于青年鼠,24月龄雄鼠的肝自由基浓度亦明显低于13月龄鼠。
In this paper, the free radical concentration of liver and gonads in young, middle and old female and male rats was determined by electron spin resonance technique. The results showed that the concentration of free radicals in testis and ovary of old rats was significantly lower than that of young rats. The concentration of free radicals in the liver was also significantly lower than that of 13-month old rats.
