随着我国艾滋病防治工作的持续深入,国内外防治资源投入的不断增加,定期对艾滋病防治工作进行督导与评估越来越重要。我国也在积极努力地尝试建立国家综合协调的艾滋病防治督导与评估体系。本文通过将管理的封闭原理引入督导与评估工作,围绕如何使督导与评估工作规范、有序和高效来提出“封闭”建议。 With the continuous deepening of AIDS prevention and control in our country and the increasing investment in prevention and control resources both at home and abroad, it is increasingly important to conduct regular supervision and evaluation on AIDS prevention and control work. China is also actively trying to establish a comprehensive national AIDS prevention and control supervision and evaluation system. In this paper, by introducing the principle of management closure into the work of supervision and evaluation, we propose a “closed” proposal on how to make supervision and evaluation work standard, orderly and efficient.
