口服灭滴灵后,药物的吸收快且良好,给药后1小时至少有80%被吸收,在血及大部分组织均达到最高浓度,此时血中放射性相当于灭滴灵6.4～6.7微克/毫升,给药后5小时,血中的放射性90%以上为原药。胃肠道的放射性在给药后4小时达最高峰,24小时后胃肠道的浓度比血高60倍以上。将已秤重的棉塞放入大鼠阴道内,于口服给药后1、3及5小时取出并测药物浓度。结果表明,5小时时阴道分泌液内放射性最高,1小时及5小时时阴道分泌液中
