言语行为理论是由英国哲学家奥斯汀(Austin)于20世纪50年代末首先提出的,美国语言哲学家塞尔(Searle)在批判奥斯汀理论的基础上发展了言语行为理论并提出了间接言语行为理论。言语行为理论的提出和发展对语言学特别是语用学的发展产生了巨大的影响。本文将对奥斯汀和塞尔言语行为理论做一简要介绍,并对其进行一定的分析。
Speech act theory was first proposed by British philosopher Austin in the late 1950s. American philosopher Searle developed speech act theory based on Criticism of Austin’s theory and put forward the theory of indirect speech act . The introduction and development of the theory of speech acts have a huge impact on the development of linguistics, especially pragmatics. This article will make a brief introduction of Austen and Say’s theory of speech behavior and make some analysis.
