目的 :研究单克隆抗体荧光标记脑胶质瘤术中显像。方法 :采用人脑恶性胶质瘤细胞系SHG 44作为抗原 ,制备了一组分泌抗人脑胶质瘤细胞单克隆抗体的杂交瘤细胞株。结果 :该杂交瘤细胞株分泌抗人脑胶质瘤细胞单克隆抗体H12 具有与脑胶质瘤细胞特异性结合的特性。结论 :可以进一步用于研究单克隆抗体荧光标记脑胶质瘤术中显像的脑胶质瘤组织与正常脑组织之间的界线识别
Objective: To study the intraoperative imaging of monoclonal antibody fluorescently labeled glioma. Methods: A group of hybridoma cell lines secreting monoclonal antibodies against human glioma cells were prepared by using human glioblastoma cell line SHG 44 as antigen. Results: The hybridoma cell line secreting monoclonal antibody H12 against human glioma cells has the characteristic of binding specifically with glioma cells. Conclusion: It can be further used to study the boundary identification of glioma tissues and normal brain tissues in intraocular imaging of monoclonal antibody fluorescently labeled gliomas
