It is known to all that it is of great benefit to do a good job in preparing lesson plans in a collective way. It is of great help to promote teachers’ wisdom in education, solve puzzles and problems in teaching, speed up teacher professional development and improve teaching quality. Objectively speaking, due to different educational environments, teaching concepts, teacher groups, management methods, and teaching resources, collective lesson planning plays a prominent role in different regions and there are still great imbalances and differences in different schools.
