問題:何謂动作电波?在含羞草的实驗工作中如何测定?何謂双相波与单相波? 答:动作电波是动物生理学中常用的术語,乃是指当神經肌肉等組织对刺激发生反应时;与动作一道出現的电位波动。这种组织在安靜时細胞的内外部彷彿被一层电阻很高的薄膜給分隔开,并且有約50—60毫伏的电位差,外部为正。但是当组织受到刺激由安靜而进入兴奋状态时,受刺激的部分临时出现电位的突然下降与迅速的复原。这种电位的波动就是动作电波(见含羞草的单相波一图)。在电位下降的同时,电阻也有相应的临时下降。
Question: What is the wave of action? How to determine the experimental work in mimosa? What is the biphasic and monophasic? A: The action wave is a term commonly used in animal physiology, but refers to when the neuromuscular tissue and other reactions to the stimulus When; and movements appear with potential fluctuations. This tissue, when quiet, appears inside and outside the cells to be separated by a thin film of high resistance and has a potential difference of about 50-60 millivolts and a positive outer part. However, when the tissue is stimulated to enter the state of excitement through quietness, the stimulated part temporarily presents a sudden drop in potential and prompt recovery. This potential fluctuation is the action wave (see Mimosa single phase wave diagram). At the same time as the potential drops, the resistance also has a corresponding temporary drop.
